About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our Group Data Analytics Database Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering key analytics and insights to support customer communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage tools such as SQL to ensure data is structured and stored correctly, up-to-date, and of the highest quality to deliver meaningful insights through analysis.
  2. Data Visualization: Ensure all outputs are visualized to a high standard through the use of best practice and advocate for data visualization best practice, sharing knowledge and guidance with others.
  3. Process Improvement: Continuously develop processes to deliver deliverables in the most efficient way to improve performance, through the use of automation and appropriate tooling choices.
  4. Ad Hoc Analytics: Deliver ad hoc analytics and visualizations for internal customers, understanding the business need and delivering the outcome in a flexible and insightful manner.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage stakeholders and undertake appropriate testing prior to the implementation of any system or business changes to ensure the impact on internal stakeholders and customers is understood.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Experience in dealing with high volumes of data with excellent attention to detail and reconciliation.
  2. Technical Skills: Experience of creating dashboards/data visualisations with dashboarding software such as Tableau or PowerBI, and experience with coding languages for data manipulation, such as SQL.
