About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team at Talent Hub. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to improve customer acquisition and engagement
  • Design and maintain complex data models and reports to support business stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Microsoft Data Platform technologies, including MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a data analysis role, with a strong background in Microsoft Data Platforms
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, such as Power BI and Tableau
  • Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, or R programming
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
