Key Responsibilities:- Identify and qualify new leads to drive business growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver exceptional customer service
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and objections in a professional manner
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
- Conduct site surveys and provide detailed quotations to clients
- Assist with project workings and case studies to generate business interest
- Drive revenue and profit margin growth to achieve personal, team, and business targets
- At least 3 years of sales and customer service experience in the removals and relocation industry
- Strong knowledge of domestic, European, and international removals and relocation services
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong administration and organizational skills
