Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to access social and leisure activities, promoting their overall wellbeing.
Requirements
  • Experience in a social care setting, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including the Mental Capacity Act and the Care Act.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as part of a rota.
