  • Leading and managing staff, including recruitment, development, and performance management.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for trainees, staff, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in training and development, with experience of delivering programmes for adults with additional support needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with trainees, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience of monitoring expenditure against budgets.
  • Leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
