Job Description
At Reed Engineering & Manufacturing, we are seeking a highly skilled Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your analytical skills to optimize our supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inventory management and be proficient in ERP systems. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring material levels, ensuring accurate stock taking processes, and identifying potential constraints that may impact production plans.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is on offer, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills, please apply for this challenging role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across all locations.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Planning Manager to optimize material needs and minimize delays.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
* Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Proficiency in ERP systems.
