Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a well-established manufacturer in Sheffield to find a skilled Stock Controller.

About the Company

This prominent company has been serving its customers for years and is looking to expand its team with a diligent Stock Controller.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Monitoring: Ensure accurate monitoring of material levels, stock inventory, and WIP value and levels to meet production demands.
  • Stock Taking Process: Own the stock taking process, identifying and resolving any discrepancies, and reporting findings to the Operations Planning Manager.
  • Supply Chain Collaboration: Work closely with the Operations Planning Manager to guarantee timely delivery of materials to the Production department.
  • Sub-contract Purchase Orders: Raise sub-contract purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and identify potential delivery issues that may impact production schedules.
  • Performance Improvement: Review key performance indicators, develop improvement plans, and implement actions to enhance overall performance.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Benefits Package: Annual salary reviews, life cover (3 x salary), pension scheme, and a 1-hour lunch break from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
