Job Summary

We're seeking a Public Areas Attendant to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service and creating a seamless guest experience. As a Public Areas Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and service standards are maintained in all areas of responsibility, and providing special amenities to enhance guest enjoyment and comfort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in public areas, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and service standards are maintained in all public areas, including but not limited to, reception, lobby, and corridors.
  • Provide special amenities to enhance guest enjoyment and comfort, such as offering refreshments or assisting with luggage.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Hotel to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to undertake training and take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Hotel experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Diligence, positivity, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good verbal skills and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and good organisational skills.
  • Willingness to undertake training and secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
