Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trade Marketing Manager to lead our trade marketing activities in Northern Europe. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our brand across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage Hub Trade Marketing Team: Provide guidance, coaching, and evaluation to area trade marketing specialists.
- Budget Management: Build and manage Hub Trade Marketing budget in alignment with Hub Sales leader.
- Trade Off Decisions: Make decisions based on short-term mitigation needs in alignment with Hub Sales leader.
- Hub Trade Marketing Plans Execution: Define and lead execution of trade marketing plans.
- Customer Requirements: Consolidate Hub Customers requirements in terms of sell-out, sell-in promotions, and customer engagement needs.
- Synergies Creation: Ensure synergies creation and best practices sharing within hub.
Main Interactions:
- Hub Sales Leader Collaboration: Work daily with Hub Sales Leader on trade marketing plans implementation, performance tracking, and trade off decisions.
- Central Trade Marketing Team Collaboration: Work with Central Trade marketing team (Customer engagement leader, customer sales activation manager, customer performance manager, sales content specialist) to input on specific Hub needs when relevant.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or a similar role within the FMCG or retail industry.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, or Nordic languages) are a plus.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel within the region as required.
