Key Responsibilities:- Credit Control:
- Resolve outstanding payments and send collection statements to ensure timely payment from customers.
- Set up repayments and work with debt counsellors to manage customer accounts.
- Update account information and records of clients.
- Assist with audits and check for discrepancies in financial accounts.
- Ensure financial records meet company standards.
- Compile financial reports.
- Purchase Ledger:
- Perform bookkeeping tasks.
- Record and file invoices.
- Process payments with Head Office.
- Calculate VAT payments.
- Accurately enter data.
- Communicate with external vendors and suppliers.
- Compile company reports.
- Monitor payments via BACS.
- Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
- Month-End invoicing experience.
- Purchase Ledger experience a benefit but not essential.
- Salary: £13-14 per hour.
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
- Around 20 hours per week.
- Free Parking.
- Pension contributions.
