Home Care Assistant

As a Home Instead Care Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of older adults in your community. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and preferences, providing personalized support to promote independence and well-being.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Caring and compassionate nature

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Our competitive hourly rate is £13.00-£15.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
- Bank holidays paid at double time
- Guaranteed contracted hours
- Minimum of 1-hour visits to clients
- Paid travel and waiting time at the same hourly rate
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
- Initial shadow and introduction visits
- Regular support visits and team meetings
- Paid holiday and training
- Paid DBS after qualifying period
- PPE free of charge and delivered
