**Salary:**

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on a 20-hour working week.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Visit clients in their homes for a minimum of 1-hour, providing support with daily living activities
  • Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in social care or a related field
  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
