Job Title: Associate Director of Services

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as an Associate Director of Services. This role will play a key part in supporting the Group Director, Group Nurse Director, and Group Medical Director in delivering effective leadership and management of the Morriston Service Group (MSG).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the Group Director in delivering effective leadership and management of the MSG.
  • Work closely with the Group Nurse Director and Group Medical Director to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination across the service group.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve quality and safety across the MSG.
  • Lead on service improvement initiatives and projects to drive positive change and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement across the service group.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a complex healthcare setting.
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience of leading service improvement initiatives and projects.
