About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bedroom Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team at Hoar Cross Hall. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality maintenance of our bedrooms, providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) duties within the bedrooms, working from provided PPM jobsheets and ensuring all tasks are completed as required.
  • Inspect and maintain bedroom facilities, including lighting, furniture, and equipment, to ensure they are functional and in good condition.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve maintenance goals.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
