Job Title: Bedroom Maintenance Specialist

At Hoar Cross Hall, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bedroom Maintenance Specialist to join our maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and upkeep in our bedrooms.

About the Role:
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) duties in the bedrooms, including working from provided PPM jobsheets and ensuring all tasks are completed as required.
  • Inspect and maintain all bedroom facilities, including lighting, furniture, and equipment, to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours:

The role will involve shift work, working 4 days on and 4 days off, with 8am-8pm shifts and a 1-hour break period.

Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
