Our service is expanding further, and we are delighted to be recruiting for a team lead to support the Team Manager with their operational duties. Key Responsibilities- Operational Support to Team Manager
- Support with recruitment, including review of job applications, interviewing, and planning induction package.
- Sickness and absence management, including return to work meetings, staff wellbeing meetings, and referrals to occupational health.
- Roster management, support with annual leave requests, flexible working requests, and study leave.
- Organising and chairing meetings.
- Undertaking audits as required by the service.
- To contribute to audit and research.
- To monitor and guide the team in ensuring we meet safety benchmarks set by NELFT and the CQC, as well as ensuring delivery of interventions are carried out in line with NICE guidance and Routine Outcome measures to monitor the efficacy of intervention.
- To support Operational Leads with day-to-day running of the service, including monitoring governance and compliance.
- Act up in the absence of the Operational Manager for short periods.
- Qualified clinicians with core professional registrations (NMC, OT, Social Work, Clinical/Counselling Psychology, BABCP CBT).
- Experience of working with adults and children within a life-span eating disorders service.
- Experience of working with or managing teams with adults and young people and families who have had an eating disorder or other complex mental health diagnoses.
- Passionate about delivering high-quality care to complex mental health services and innovative in their approach to developing new services and pathways within the transformation agenda.
- Registered with a professional governing body and experience in managing staff and teams.
- Annual leave and bank holiday entitlement based on years of NHS service.
