About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Advisor to join our team at BT Group. As a Senior Retail Advisor, you will play a key role in leading our retail team and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role with a strong track record of sales achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of the telecoms sector and its products and services.
