Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clinical nurse specialists and other multidisciplinary team members
  • Support patients directly, communicating effectively with them and their families
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hospital computer systems, including Cerner and Infoflex
  • Help deliver core elements of the Personalised Care Programme
  • Work on risk stratification project to ensure safe care for low-risk patients
