Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase fresh, local ingredients
  • Collaborate with our nutrition team to ensure menu options meet the dietary needs of our residents
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and food safety
  • Provide training and development opportunities for kitchen staff
