Executive Chef

Swallowcourt is seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing seasonal menus that showcase the freshest local produce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Source and procure high-quality ingredients to support menu development
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and service delivery

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior culinary role
