Office Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Austin Fraser.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
About the Job:
- Develop and maintain accurate and organised filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, responding to enquiries in a professional manner.
- Manage email correspondence and respond to digital queries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Coordinate calendars, arrange travel, and ensure all engagements are well-planned and executed.
- Process invoices accurately and maintain attention to detail in daily tasks.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents to support business communications, showcasing excellent writing skills.
- Input and update data in various databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Create and edit documents using word processing and presentation software, streamlining processes.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, adhering to privacy policies and regulations.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in typing, telephone, and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Able to remain calm under pressure, with a methodical approach to work.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities.
- A team player with a strong desire to show initiative, with excellent recording and record-keeping skills.
An up-to-date Enhanced DBS is required for this role.
