We are seeking a dedicated ESG and Quality Administrator to support both the ESG Lead and Quality Manager. This dual-role position will play a critical part in advancing our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives while also providing administrative support to the Quality team.

As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about sustainability and operational excellence, helping to implement, monitor, and improve ESG strategies and quality management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

ESG Responsibilities

  • Assist the ESG Lead in developing and executing the company's ESG strategy, including environmental, social, and governance projects.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze ESG-related data across departments and prepare sustainability reports, disclosures, and submissions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the company's ESG commitments and progress.
  • Help coordinate ESG-related projects and initiatives, such as waste reduction programs, community outreach, and employee training sessions on sustainability practices.
  • Support ESG Lead with research on industry best practices, emerging ESG trends, and competitor sustainability efforts to support continuous improvement in SPT Labtech's ESG performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of ESG activities and document internal processes to support audit readiness and transparency.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating ESG-related workshops, webinars, and corporate events aimed at raising awareness of sustainability within the organization.

Quality Responsibilities

  • Assist the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the company's quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain quality-related documents and records, ensuring proper version control and availability for audits.
  • Assist in scheduling, preparing, and executing internal quality audits and support the follow-up process for audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Collect and analyze quality data to support quality metrics reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in identifying and documenting process improvements to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Support the Quality Manager in liaising with suppliers to ensure that quality standards are being met and assist with supplier audits or assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Quality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in ESG, quality management, compliance, or a related administrative role. Familiarity with ESG frameworks and initiatives would be desirable.
  • Ideal candidates have experience working in a manufacturing or technology environment and knowledge of environmental management systems.

  • Strong attention to detail with some experience in data management and analytics.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with sustainability reporting tools is a plus.
