About the Job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wastewater Management Specialist to join our team in Water Recycling Services. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the health and safety of our customers by identifying and resolving issues within our sewerage network.

As a key member of our team, you will operate high-pressure water jetting units and specific CCTV equipment to ensure the integrity of our network. You will also investigate and resolve customer complaints, complete planned maintenance work, and accurately record feedback through our IT systems.

This role requires someone with excellent customer service skills, basic IT knowledge, and the ability to work autonomously. A full driving license is essential, and training will be provided for those who require it. We offer a competitive salary range of £29,219 - £40,743 per annum, depending on skills and experience, plus standby payments and business use of a company van.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate high-pressure water jetting units and CCTV equipment to maintain the integrity of our sewerage network.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Complete planned maintenance work and accurately record feedback through our IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

  • Experience or willingness to work outside in all weathers.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously using own initiative.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Full driving license (4.5 tonne license advantageous).
