Salary & BenefitsThe annual salary for this position is estimated at £90,000 - £110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave allowance.
Job DescriptionThis role provides an opportunity to lead a global engineering team, contributing to business success within a global function. Reporting to the Global Head of Advanced Application Engineering, you will be responsible for providing site engineering leadership, driving the achievement of key objectives and fostering a positive culture of passion and pride among the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the engineering team, ensuring clear communication and support within the global engineering structure, aligning with the broader engineering vision and goals.
- Develop and implement site engineering plans and KPIs, preparing and managing reports to support business objectives.
- Engage, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results, leveraging expertise in workload and resource management, multiple stakeholder management, budgetary control, target setting, and business planning.
- Degree-level education or relevant experience in an engineering or science discipline.
- Proven success in site engineering leadership, including workload and resource management and multiple stakeholder management, ideally in a manufacturing and sales matrix environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to develop customer- and business-focused results, with the ability to make decisions quickly in a crisis.
You are a motivated and inspiring leader, with a proven track record in site engineering leadership. You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships at all levels. You are able to engage, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results, leveraging your expertise in workload and resource management, multiple stakeholder management, budgetary control, target setting, and business planning.
