About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Head of Business at our GTG Training centre in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational leadership and regulatory compliance of the apprenticeship and commercial training provision.
  • Stay up-to-date with ESFA apprenticeship data compliance requirements and ensure our centre meets these standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to support Ofsted inspections and maintain a high level of quality in our training provision.
  • Set operational objectives in line with business plans and targets, and ensure accountability for operational performance to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
  • Monitor performance through regular reviews and audits, and make data-driven decisions to improve operations and financial performance.
  • Develop and implement policies and processes that align with company policy, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the design of strategy and set goals for growth, with a focus on delivering high-quality training and achieving business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the delivery of English apprenticeship provision.
  • Strong track record as an apprenticeship manager, with experience of planning and budgeting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
