We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Business to join our team at Arnold Clark's GTG training centre in Wolverhampton.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the operational leadership and regulatory compliance of the apprenticeship and commercial training provision.
- Driving the improvement of the provision to ensure all programmes meet the needs of employers.
- Demonstrating up-to-date knowledge of ESFA apprenticeship data compliance requirements.
- Working collaboratively with teams to support Ofsted inspection.
- Setting operational objectives in accordance with business plans and targets.
- Ensuring effective two-way communication processes with teams and managers.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring policies and processes are followed in line with company policy.
- Evaluating and improving operations and financial performance.
- Ensuring staff follow health and safety regulations.
- Preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Contributing to the design of strategy and setting goals for growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the delivery of English apprenticeship provision.
- Proven experience as an apprenticeship manager.
- Experience of planning and budgeting.
- Proven organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
