Job Summary:

The Business Systems Delivery Team at Caresoft Global Limited is seeking a skilled Automotive Test Analyst to support the testing of manufacturing execution systems, quality systems, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with HPALM Jira, Project Management, Data Analytic skills, and Agile Scrum Delivery Methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure governance and compliance are met.
Host readiness sessions leading up to UAT events.
Engage with stakeholders to support testing and report on status.
Use the client's testing tool to capture and evidence the UAT experience.

Requirements:

Proficient in HPALM Jira and Agile Scrum Delivery Methodology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Arrangements:

The role will be based at Castle Brom but may require working at other facilities. The first week will be onsite for a minimum of 4 days, with flexible working arrangements moving forward. However, when UAT is taking place, the candidate will be required to work mostly onsite. Trust needs to be built to maintain flexible working arrangements.
