We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Business at our GTG Training centre in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational leadership and regulatory compliance of the apprenticeship and commercial training provision.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure policies and processes are followed in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
- Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance to achieve business objectives.
- Help design and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions.
- Experience in the delivery of English apprenticeship provision and proven experience as an apprenticeship manager.
- Proven organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
