Plant and Waste Coordinator

McCue Interior Fit Out is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Plant and Waste Co-Ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our commercial department, you will be responsible for sourcing and booking skips and plant hire for all sites, ensuring timely deliveries and returns, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and booking skips and plant hire for all sites
- Confirming bookings, chasing delayed deliveries/returns, and completing relevant paperwork
- Reviewing current suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
- Arranging permits where required
- Raising and adding to purchase orders on Sage, including running monthly reports
- Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets, and filing records
- Updating relevant in-house systems to ensure compliance
- Sourcing, procuring, and maintaining all company stock items
- Building and maintaining relationships with current and new suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery
- Communicating costs, allowances, and forecasted issues to all relevant departments
- Ensuring waste transfer notes are returned from site and/or requested from supplier
- Processing relevant invoices and recording invoices on spreadsheet
- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the construction fit out industry
- Experience of using Sage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
