Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Waste Management Coordinator to join our team at McCue. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and booking skips and plant hire for all sites, confirming bookings, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and book skips and plant hire for all sites
  • Confirm bookings and chase delayed deliveries/returns
  • Review current suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
  • Arrange permits where required
  • Raise and add to purchase orders on Sage
  • Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery dockets
  • File records and update relevant in-house systems
  • SOURCE, PROCURE, AND MAINTAIN ALL COMPANY STOCK ITEMS
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and new suppliers
  • Communicate costs, allowances, and forecasted issues to relevant departments
  • Process relevant invoices and record on spreadsheet
  • Participate and support all Company initiatives with compliance of procedures and requirements for ISO9001, 14001 & 45001, FSC and Investors in People Standards

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in a similar role within the construction fit-out industry
  • Experience of using Sage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office to include MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
