Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Treasury Professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising sales ledger invoices and updating customer portals to ensure compliance with company controls
  • Credit control, including liaising with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Bank reconciliations and monitoring credit insurance balances
  • Reconciliation and maintenance of Accrued Revenue and Deferred Revenue ledgers
  • Customer rebate calculations and debtor reporting
  • Cash flow forecasting and assistance with accounts payable
  • Maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS 45001 policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a finance role, with excellent computer skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Knowledge of project management processes and health & safety issues in the construction industry (desirable)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with good business acumen
  • Ability to work in a systematic and organized manner to complete work within set deadlines
