We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to assume the role of Front Desk Operations Coordinator.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will work flexibly to cover a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, ensuring seamless site management and exceptional customer service.
  • As a Duty Manager, this individual will be responsible for security, banking, team supervision, and first aid, utilizing their organizational skills to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • The ideal candidate will deliver outstanding customer experiences, fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Achieving Maths and English at Grade 3-4 or equivalent is advantageous for this position.
