Job Title: Home-Based Senior Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home-Based Senior Supervising Social Worker to join our team at NonStop Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a complex caseload of foster carers and children looked after in South London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a caseload of foster carers and children looked after in South London
  • Use therapeutic frameworks to ensure the best possible care and support
  • Work closely with foster carers and children to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular home visits and reviews to ensure the well-being and safety of children
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists and medical professionals, to provide comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience working with children looked after and foster carers
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic frameworks and best practices in social work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
