Supervising Social Worker Opportunity

A reputable Therapeutic Fostering Agency in Devon is seeking a skilled Supervising Social Worker to provide support and supervision to foster carers. This is a full-time, home-based position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in foster care reviews and assessments
  • Provide and develop support and supervision for foster carers
  • Visit and assess potential foster carers to ensure they meet the agency's standards
  • Identify and address the support and training needs of foster carers
