Job Description

NonStop Consulting is working with a well-established Independent Fostering Agency in South London to find a Supervising Social Worker for a permanent position.

The role is home-based, offering flexibility with your schedule.

The agency uses a therapeutic approach and Team Parenting method, working closely with therapists, education leads, and other Social Workers.

You will receive ongoing therapeutic training to develop your skills and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a small caseload of 10-12 foster families in the South London area.

You will provide support and supervision to the foster families, without completing Form F Assessments.

Benefits:

The team is stable, and the manager is supportive and friendly, creating a nice working environment.

The agency offers a good annual leave policy, with 30 days (increasing to 35 days per year) + bank holidays, allowing for a good work-life balance.
