Luxury Hotel Project Architectural Assistant

We are seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team at Architecture Social. As a specialist in luxury hotel projects, you will work on high-end developments in the UK hospitality sector.
As part of our thriving practice, you will work across RIBA Work Stages 1-4, ensuring seamless project delivery from concept design to construction. Your technical knowledge will be vital in bringing sophisticated concepts to life while ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Proficiency in Revit is essential, experience using NBS Chorus highly desirable.
Hotel project experience is highly desired, although other relevant sector experience will be considered (such as residential, student accommodation, later living and mixed use).
Requirements
- A qualified Part II with 2-3 years post qualification experience
- Proven experience working on a UK project
- Strong technical knowledge
- Proficiency in Revit is essential, NBS Chorus experience desirable
- A collaborative mindset, with a focus on teamwork and exceptional communication skills
- The right to live and work in the UK
