Recovery Services Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated Recovery Services Worker to join our team in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary of approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Ideal Candidate- Proven ability to work effectively with vulnerable adults, using a person-centred approach to build trust and rapport.
- Strong understanding of crisis management and safeguarding principles, with excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills to meet the changing needs of the organisation.
