About the Role:
  • Support individuals with mental health needs, empowering them to regain control over their lives
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver person-centred care, respecting individual needs and preferences

Estimated Salary: £24,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience

What You'll Need:
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., social work, nursing)
  • Experience working in mental health settings, preferably with adults
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
