Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes flexible working hours, career growth opportunities, and inclusive work environment.

Job Description

This role will be responsible for supporting the safety operations in London, working closely with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance the safety of our operations. The successful candidate will have the ability to advise, instruct, and train company personnel on safety policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, near-misses, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective safety strategies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
  • Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials (desired).
