About the Role:

Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Care Centre Operator to provide first point of contact service for individuals accessing support through Technology Enabled Care devices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the TEC platform and determining the appropriate response to meet people's individual needs, ensuring all users of the TEC service are safe and feel supported in all aspects of daily living.

This role will be based at our Widnes Head Office and is a bank position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the TEC platform and respond to individual needs
  • Ensure user safety and support in daily living
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver high-quality support

Requirements:

  • SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care (Scotland) or Level 3 Diploma in Care (England)
  • Experience of working in a health or social care setting
  • Understanding of person-centred support
