Main Job Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and issuing medical reports, letters, and other correspondence as required.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records, adhering to data protection policies, and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to patient queries, and resolving any issues promptly.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
