Camino Search is partnering with a high-growth sustainable technology firm to recruit an exceptional Head of Finance to lead their finance team. This role offers the chance to be highly influential in leadership and make strategic decisions that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a growth environment, taking effective ownership of day-to-day finance operations and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide insightful analysis for investors.

This is a key responsibility:

  • Managing the month-end financial accounts process and producing management accounts
  • Producing financial statements including balance sheets, cashflows, and P&Ls
  • Business partnering to deliver results-driven analysis and support international expansion and new market growth
  • Collaborating with leadership and external advisors on strategic projects to inform business decisions
  • Assisting the CFO with forecasting, annual budgeting, and building dashboards
  • Leading and developing a finance team to achieve business objectives

The successful candidate will have:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACA qualification
  • Experience working in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Excellent collaborative working skills and strong communication
