The Head of Regulation role within our Financial Markets team is a key position that requires a seasoned professional with expertise in regulatory affairs and advice. As a leader, you'll be responsible for providing strategic guidance to our UK Financial Markets Front Office, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining a strong risk management framework.

This exciting opportunity offers a chance to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization. With your extensive experience in front-office financial markets and regulatory affairs, you'll be well-equipped to drive change and advocate for the interests of ING FM.

Your primary duties will include partnering with the Financial Markets business to provide regulatory support and insights, leading the UK Front Office Supervision & Conduct Risk Office, and driving the implementation of control and conduct requirements within FM UK. You'll also maintain an interest in developing knowledge of non-financial risk (NFR) Management governance and processes, and translate NFR requirements into day-to-day FM practices.

We're seeking an individual with 10+ years of experience in front-office financial markets and/or regulatory affairs/advice, as well as strong knowledge of compliance and financial markets. In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary package that reflects your skills and experience. The estimated salary for this role is approximately £120,000-£180,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and background.
