Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Print Service Expert to join their team as a Sales Engineer. In this role, you will sell Lifecycle Service products and work closely with sales teams to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.

You will be responsible for developing and executing local marketing plans and strategies to penetrate new and existing accounts, as well as ensuring prompt and satisfactory response to customer queries and complaints.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in service sales, a strong customer service attitude, and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in managing, mentoring, and training staff in a service-focused environment is also desirable.

In return, Omega Resource Group offers a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, plus a 10% annual bonus. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave, a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, cycle to work scheme, and 10% pension contributions.
