We are looking for a Sales and Service Professional to join our team at the Omega Resource Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the complete range of Lifecycle Service products, working with sales teams, and managing/directing the 2S Service team on a local and national basis when required.

This role involves maintaining and expanding existing accounts while identifying and developing new business/promotions utilising the marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in service sales within the printing industry, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in service sales within the printing industry.
  • Strong customer service attitude and demonstrated ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
  • Excellent individual initiative and proactive approach to achieving and maintaining sales targets.
  • Previous experience in managing, mentoring and training staff in a service-focused environment.
  • Ability to develop and execute local marketing plans and strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
