Introduction

Key Responsibilities
• Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for food, customer service, and teamwork
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting employee engagement and development
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and drive restaurant performance
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
