A Senior Healthcare Executive is required to oversee the commercial strategy and objectives of a business unit at Compass Associates. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and payer dynamics.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and the NHS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and drive sales initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and customer needs.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise growth.
  • Manage and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards in all commercial activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial leadership roles within the healthcare industry.
  • Experience working with the NHS and managing NHS contracts.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and payer dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Having experience to Gastroenterology would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.

Estimated Salary: Up to £85,000 + bonus
