Job Opportunity
Ackerman Pierce Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled Specialist Education Support Tutor to join our team. As a valued member, you will provide face-to-face support to students with complex needs in an Alternative provision setting.

The successful candidate will have experience teaching young people with diverse challenges, including SEMH/ASC/MLD/SpLD. You will work closely with the client to deliver personalized tutoring and develop strategies to meet individual needs.

This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and understanding. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students in an Alternative provision setting.
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet individual needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure effective delivery of services.

Requirements:
  • Background in teaching English, Maths, Science, or SEN classes from KS1-KS5.
  • QTS status or equivalent, or unqualified with two years' experience teaching NC core subjects.
  • Two years' previous experience working within a UK school.
