We're seeking a skilled Commercial Development Executive to join our Customer Development Department. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in delivering our company growth strategy and helping our retail partners achieve their goals.

The role involves developing and building strong commercial relationships with existing retail partners, implementing mutually agreed joint business plans, and ensuring all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved. Identifying opportunities to improve retailer loyalty and achieve agreed sales targets is also a key aspect of the job.

A competitive salary of £38,000 - £52,000 per year, plus performance-related bonuses, is on offer for the right candidate. Other benefits include free health cash plan, onsite parking, company pension contributions, birthday off each year, 32 days holiday, company car, laptop, and phone.

You'll work closely with the trading team and key suppliers to implement promotional activity within your estate and ensure all aspects of store standards are maintained and continuously improved. A large proportion of the time will be spent in-store with retail partners, so effective time management and project delivery skills are essential.
