Cambridgeshire-based Sanctuary Personnel Ltd has a vacancy for a Senior Social Work Leader in our Adult Community Team. The salary for this permanent position is up to £45,987 per annum.
Job Summary:This senior-level position requires a highly skilled and experienced social worker who can provide leadership, guidance, and support to service users and colleagues alike.
Main Responsibilities:- To coordinate and conduct adult safeguarding investigations, leveraging expertise in policy and case law.
- To develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of colleagues.
- To collaborate with external agencies and organizations to ensure effective communication and partnership working.
- To engage with local communities to promote empowerment and diversity.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures.
- A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
- Significant experience working in statutory social care settings with adults.
